Conarmor’s Sinus Thrust™ concrete joint system has been designed to meet durability requirements set by the most demanding end users, engineers and concrete slab designers. Just as with our Power Armor™, the overall performance for Sinus Thrust™ is only matched by its notable ease of install, which, in turn is recognized and appreciated by concrete contractors.
Besides all the proven benefits for Power Armor™, Sinus Thrust™ packs additional distinctive features which may prove very valuable to building owners. Sinus Thrust™ jointing systems possess two wide and corrugated “Sinus” armored edges. Sinus Thrust™ was developed by Conarmor and adopted by owners who aim at securing even smoother, if not the smoothest traffic patterns for their MHE / forklifts / robotic equipment. The corrugated and armored double-edge system for Sinus Thrust™ helps at preventing the sinking of the wheels traveling over the joint system. Thanks to these two corrugated armor edges, Sinus Thrust™ jointing systems help at providing the most efficient angles of attacks for wheels, virtually suppressing vibrations when driving over Sinus Thrust™ systems.
Sinus Thrust™ optimally supports concrete slab systems in higher wear and tear types of service, allowing for both internal and external heavy duty service conditions. Successful applications include internal slab systems welcoming automation and mobile robots equipped with smaller wheels. Widespread applications include high speed bay trafficked concrete slabs in internal warehousing buildings.
Just as much as Power Armor™, Sinus Thrust™ is highly regarded for its performance within slabs at controlled building environments such as with AS/RS (automated) or conventional freezers and food distribution centers. Finally, Sinus Thrust™ may also be used with the toughest external concrete slab applications experiencing cat-tracked machinery traffic. These external applications may sometimes benefit from optional Sinus Thrust™ features including galvanization or the use of a stainless steel grade.
